About Me |
Hi! I'm Rebecca Wolf and I am a teacher with a passion for learning and inspiring.
I was one of those little girls who always knew she wanted to be a teacher. As a child, one of my favorite gifts was a chalkboard easel that I could “play teacher” on. I would line up all my dolls and stuffed animals and teach them everything I knew. I completed my undergraduate degree in December of 2012 at Oakland University in Rochester Michigan. I majored in Elementary Education and my endorsements are in language arts and math. I was very fortunate to receive a long term substitute position right after graduation and was hired as a full time teacher the following school year. I currently work at Fraser Public Schools as a third grade teacher and I just completed my sixth year teaching. My goal is to develop a love of learning in my students by promoting self esteem, fostering independence, meeting students' individual needs, and providing authentic learning experiences. I am a lifelong learner and received my Master of Arts in Educational Technology degree from Michigan State University in August of 2017. I look forward to using my experiences and education to pursue leadership roles in my field.
